Transaction Advisory at Ernst & Young, India. At EY, he advised Central and State Government departments on infrastructure projects in transport, energy, real estate, water, health, and education. Currently, he is an independent consultant offering financial advisory services.

Vikram is a National Award-winning professional with over 19 years of experience in environmental engineering, sustainability, and strategic consulting. A Harvard alumnus, he has led impactful projects in water treatment, energy efficiency, and process improvement across both public and private sectors. Vikram has worked with global brands such as Coca-Cola, ITC, Hindustan Unilever, Boeing, and Hero Group, and has delivered solutions in over seven countries. His innovative work in rejuvenating water bodies has earned recognition from the Government of India

He completed his education in India, Harvard University, USA and Architectural Association, London. Based out of London for 5 years, he has extensive experience of working on large scale prestigious projects for Google (offices in Amsterdam, Paris & London), British Museum and BBC Television amongst others.
He has extensive experience of working with international partners like Jurong Consultants, Singapore, Casa Forma, London and UDP International, Hong Kong for projects with GoP in North India. He is a professional member of Council of Architecture COA , New Delhi and Indian Institute of Architects, IIA, INTBAU, UK, Indian Green Building Council, IGBC, Hyderabad (Core member, Chandigarh chapter).

Having over 10 + years in the fields of Biogas, BioCNG, and Wastewater treatment, he leads with a vision for sustainable infrastructure and innovative environmental solutions. With a commitment to client-centric service, he drives excellence in civil, environmental, and design projects across India, ensuring quality, efficiency, and long-term impact.

Having over 29 years of exhaustive experience in structuring the “PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS –PPP”, including 10 years in Contracts, Planning, Costing, Conceptual to Commissioning of projects in varied infrastructure sector. He has worked at senior positions having direct role in Finalization of various Consultants, Contract and Cost Management, Co-ordination with EPC Contractor & Design Department Civil, Mech & Electrical, Resource Planning & Mobilization, Schedule Preparation by using Microsoft Project, Primavera, Direct & Indirect Cost Working & Monitoring, MIS Reporting, Quality checking.

Responsible for providing technical engineering input and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery. Since 1984, has led planning, supervision, and construction of diverse architectural and civil engineering works across sectors. Also experienced in civil and design projects, including the layout and design of machinery and manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with client requirements.
